Any part or piece found to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of BEAR-ocious Woods. Repairs or replacements will be made without charge. However, in the event that the entire item must be replaced, shipping & handling charges for the new item will be the customers responsibility.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable (Proof of purchase required). Also, if the item is shipped or moved from its original shipping destination by the purchaser, the warranty is hereby null & void.
Furniture purchased second hand, in an as-is condition, or on a closeout or liquidation basis, will not be covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and does not apply where the furniture has been subjected to customer neglect, abuse, or improper care.
In the event that a defective piece needs repair or replacement, a return authorization needs to be obtained from BEAR-ocious Woods at 847-478-0510.
