Welcome To Bear-ocious Woods
Bear-ocious Woods is a business concept developed by owner, Mike Brill, whereby every step of the sales process was formulated with the customer in mind. In Mike's quest to appeal to a large customer base, he sought out vendors with distinctive wood product lines. In addition, paramount in his pursuit was finding vendors whose only concerns are "the customer" and "quality". As an additional bonus, Mike found vendors who are also environmentally responsible (i.e. the farm country furniture is made out of recycled barn boards and the rustic log furniture is made out of dead logs taken from the forest floor). Finally, Mike has formed a business relatonship with a freight carrier who has a strong national and international presence so that his vendors can ship to wherever the client specifies almost anywhere in the world - this is especially nice for out-of-state or international visitors and during the holidays.

General Product Warranty
BEAR-ocious Woods hereby warranties the following product lines to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the specified time period indicated.

Any part or piece found to be defective will be repaired or replaced solely at the discretion of BEAR-ocious Woods. Repairs or replacements will be made without charge. However, in the event that the entire item must be replaced, shipping & handling charges for the new item will be the customer’s responsibility.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable (Proof of purchase required). Also, if the item is shipped or moved from its original shipping destination by the purchaser, the warranty is hereby null & void.
Furniture purchased “second hand”, in an “as-is” condition, or on a closeout or liquidation basis, will not be covered under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and does not apply where the furniture has been subjected to customer neglect, abuse, or improper care.
In the event that a defective piece needs repair or replacement, a return authorization needs to be obtained from BEAR-ocious Woods at 847-478-0510.
